Michelle Selman

Founder & Educator - Organic Earth iRaw

Michelle’s background in holistic nutrition and food product development makes her a key voice in designing culturally relevant, wellness-centered food strategies within FSF.

Michelle began her career at American Airlines in Barbados, quickly advancing through the
ranks from Passenger Service Agent to Regional Account Executive for the Caribbean and
acting General Manager, but after fifteen years, she sought new challenges and relocated
to Canada, where she transitioned into Event Management, applying her expertise in
leadership and client relations in a new industry.

For thirteen years, Michelle worked with the Secretariat for the Governor General's
Canadian Leadership Conference, overseeing complex logistics for a high-profile
leadership event across Canada. Her role involved coordinating travel and study tours for
250 delegates across each province and Territory over two weeks, managing a diverse
group of leaders from government, corporate/business, labor, non-profit, indigenous, and
entrepreneurial sectors, by ensuring a flawless execution throughout the process.

Now, Michelle has embarked on a new chapter with her sister at Organic Earth iRaw Inc.
This venture is both a business and a personal mission, inspired by her miraculous
recovery from an Amniotic Fluid Embolism (AFE) during childbirth, which led her to
embrace a holistic healing journey. Through Organic Earth iRaw, Michelle aims to create a
thriving family business and leave a lasting impact in the health and wellness space.
